Cancellation Policies

All clients must have a card on file to book an appointment.

If you need to change or cancel your existing appointment, you must give more than 48 hours notice.

If a scheduled color appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after the 48-hr mark, you will be charged a non-refundable $75 fee.

If a scheduled haircut appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after the 48-hr mark, you will be charged a non-refundable $50 fee.

All color no-shows will be charged a non-refundable $150 fee and will have to place a non-refundable 50% deposit for the next scheduled service.

All haircut no-shows will be charged a non-refundable $75 fee and will have to place a non-refundable 50% deposit for the next scheduled service.

In the event that your card declines, you cannot schedule another appointment until the fee is paid.

You are considered a n0-show if you forget your appointment.

Habitual rescheduling will result in call ahead servicing only.
Studio Policies

If you are running over 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.

Please arrive to your appointment with clean, dry hair.

If you are showing signs of illness, your appointment will be rescheduled.

Rude or combative behavior is not tolerated, and I have the right to refuse service at any time.

Due to safety concerns, children not receiving a service are not allowed in the studio for any reason.

If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please reach out via text message within 72 hours after the completion of your service. Adjustments to services are not guaranteed and I will do my best to accommodate within 7 days.

No refunds on any services or products rendered.
