Booking Policies

All clients are required to fill out our cancellation policy and place a card on file to book an appointment.

Some services may require a consultation before booking.

Certain appointments, such as color corrections and extension installs, require a non-refundable deposit that goes toward your appointment.​

If you choose to reduce or remove services from your appointment after arriving or after the 48-hour mark before the start of your appointment, you will be charged a fee equal to the amount of the original service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your stylist may have to reschedule your appointment or reduce the amount of services provided and you will be responsible for the total amount of the original service.

If you are receiving a color service, all clients are required to arrive with clean, dry hair with no excess product or oil. Failure to do so can result in an extra charge or rescheduling of your appointment.
Refund Policies

If you need to change or cancel your existing appointment, you must give more than 48 hours notice.

If a scheduled color appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after the 48-hr mark, you will be charged a non-refundable variable fee based on the stylist you are scheduled with.

If a scheduled haircut appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after the 48-hr mark, you will be charged a non-refundable variable fee based on the stylist you are scheduled with.

All color no-call, no-shows will be charged a non-refundable variable fee based on the stylist you are scheduled with and will have to place a non-refundable 50% deposit for the next scheduled service.

All haircut no-call, no-shows will be charged a non-refundable variable fee based on the stylist you are scheduled with and you will have to place a non-refundable 50% deposit for the next scheduled service.

In the event that your card declines, you cannot schedule another appointment until all fees are paid.

Habitual rescheduling will result in day-of-call-ahead servicing only.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies

We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please reach out to the salon within 72 hours after the completion of your service. Adjustments to services are not guaranteed, and we will do our best to accommodate you within 7 days.

Extension hair follows the manufacturer's warranty and cannot be returned once opened or installed.
General Salon Policies

Any rude or combative behavior towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated.

Due to limited seating, we ask that you bring no additional guests with you unless they are receiving a service.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and behave in a manner that does not interrupt stylists or other guests.
