Do you have a cancellation list?

I do not currently have a cancellation list. However I post all last-minute cancellations on my Instagram Stories @CaliDoesHair.

What forms of payment do you take?

I accept cash and/or Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Venmo, ApplePay.

I DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

That's okay! Things happen. Just call, text or DM to cancel/reschedule before the 48 hour mark.

What is the best form of communication?

Text, call or DM. Please do not text my automated appointment reminder bot. I will not see this in a timely manner.

Why don't you offer online booking?

I would LOVE to provide online booking. However, I've found that clients are unsure of what service they need to accomplish their goal. Depending on the service, my length of service can be anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours. By booking your service personally, I can find the best spot for your needs so that we can take our time and you can leave happy and neither you or I will feel rushed.

What color line do you use?

I use Redken & Pulp Riot.

How long have you been a stylist?

Since 2013!

Are there services you do not provide?

As I would love to accommodate everyone, there are just a few things I don't specialize in. I do not offer the following services: 

- pixie cuts/shag or modern mullet cuts

- men's haircuts

- fashion colors

- Brazilian Blowouts/smoothing treatments
