Do you have a cancellation list?

Yes! Please let us know what day or time you prefer and we will reach out if there is an available spot!

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Card, Afterpay, & cash. We do not accept personal checks at this time.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

That's okay! Things happen. Just call, text or DM to cancel/reschedule before the 48 hour mark.

What is the best form of communication?

Text or call our main number at 757-301-1662. Please do not text our automated appointment reminder bot as we may not see your message in a timely manner.

Why don't you offer online booking for hair appointments?

As convenient as it may be, we do not currently offer online booking. We have found that most clients are unsure of what service they need to accomplish their goal and by booking your service personally, we can find the best spot for your needs.

What color line do you use?

We currently use Redken as our main line.
